about me
- I live in England
- All my life I have been fascinated about psychology. Meanwhile I acquired Master’s degree in nuclear physics and business education.
- For 20 years I worked as Brand Manager and then Marketing Director. I also received life coach qualification.
- All of this has given me a unique approach in psychology, which I’m now practicing full-time.

Insight games are group of board games facilitated by a master. Games encourage players not to get hung up on problems, but to find optimal solutions to important issues. Experience gives people confidence in achieving results in real life.
- Insight games originate from ancient monasteries of Tibet.
- In 1980s, the first insight game appeared in Europe in the Findhorn community, Scotland, where I was taught as well. It was adapted Tibetan game now called Transformation.
- There are many versions of the game: for 4, 8, 12, 20 and even 120 participants when all the players themselves are shapes on the large field!
- Now there are more than 100 games available in different languages. I myself have played 50 of them and chosen the best five. Now only two of them are translated into English and adapted to play.

- To become a master, you will be required to be a psychologist or coach, have great playing experience, be taught and become certified as Game Practitioner. One more thing, you shall be taught and certified to lead a specific game.
- Master ensures players follow the rules and accompanies, supports them psychologically.
- A course of the game depends on the master’s diverse life experience, education and competence.
- The task of the master — to create such an environment in the game that each player understands the reasons for his/her current situation, motivation and behavior scenarios; and also finds solutions to the inner issues.
- The game shall be ended so that participants feel inner peace, fullness and self-confidence.

- All games are offline. According to my practice, the results of offline games have exceeded several times the results of online meetings.
